Love Yourself: Restorative Yoga & Massage Workshop:
Staying healthy is a practice that starts with turning your attention towards yourself, embracing where you are, and then acting on your findings, repeatedly. Come check-in with yourself through long held supported yoga poses while receiving deeper relaxation through therapeutic massage. There will be two yoga/massage sessions with a brief break in between for a conversation about how to support your health drawing on the Chinese 5-element theory and Ayurveda.
$50 Pre-registration or $55 at the door. Space is limited.
Fundamental poses and alignment principles for those brand new to yoga as well as continuing students wishing to practice at a more moderate pace.
Moderately rigorous alignment-based class open to beginners. Focus will be on gaining balance and stability in our bodies through longer-held poses. Use of props will be explained and encouraged.
Both classes are $16 drop-in or $12-$16 depending on class card.
Morning Meditation w/ Dina:
A weekly silent meditation group with guided instructions given at the beginning of the sit. Beginners welcome. Instructions given for sitting posture, either on the floor or in a chair. Meditators from all traditions welcome. We seek to create a supportive place to quiet our minds and practice together. Bring a cushion if you like, but we have props and chairs at the studio. *Donation based offering.
